Job Description

Oh BiBi is looking for a User Acquisition & Growth Manager to promote its upcoming games.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated marketer with a true passion for data and creative advertising.

You enjoy working in a dynamic and agile environment and are not afraid of communicating your ideas and needs to other team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and manage Oh BiBi’s player acquisition campaigns on mobile ad networks
  • Optimize monetization ad networks
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, marketing messages, marketing spend, bids and budget allocation
  • Work closely with product to work on the best implementation of ads
  • Work closely with data to optimize campaigns and target based on performance metrics (ROI driven)
  • Work closely with marketing artists to design the best ads to promote our apps
  • Find new ways to efficiently market Oh BiBi’s games and grow their reach

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in online and/or mobile marketing
  • Good mix of analytical and creative thinking with a strong data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Ability to juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
  • Passion for games and understanding of Free to Play model and KPIs for mobile apps
  • Good knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords,...)
  • Good knowledge of tracking systems
